New subscriptions are paused for launch review. Song generation and hosted conversion are prepared but are not activated until the media host, provider access and commercial terms are confirmed. End-to-end billing tests remain outstanding.
Existing customers can use Stripe’s billing portal. Do not delete your account to cancel: cancel billing first. Contact [email protected] for help.
Privacy Policy

ContentFit Studio uses your email and account identifiers for sign-in. Supabase handles authentication and account records. Stripe handles payment details and subscription records; this studio does not receive your full card number. Hosting and providers may process IP addresses, browser details and operational logs.
Projects and selected music remain in your browser unless you explicitly request an online action. Local saves are not cloud backups; clearing browser data can remove them. Text projects are separated by signed-in account within this interface. Download backups before clearing storage.
When you request AI writing or lyrics, your idea and writing instructions are sent through configured Gemini (Google), Groq or OpenRouter services. Automatic provider selection uses one configured provider. Google’s free-tier handling may include improving its products; OpenRouter may route requests to other model providers. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by these services.
When you press Screen uploaded audio, the selected audio is sent to Groq for transcription and a basic profanity check. Detected words are shown to you. Screening can miss words, especially in singing. Usage counters retain account identifiers and call counts for up to 31 days. Provider retention is governed by their policies. The studio does not promise deletion from a third-party provider on a specific schedule.
Essential browser storage retains sessions, preferences and projects. You can clear it, but this may sign you out and delete local work. Account and billing records are kept for operation, support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not intentionally sell your account information. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected] from your account address. We may verify identity and retain legally necessary records. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Material policy changes will be disclosed through the service where appropriate.

By using ContentFit Studio, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate account information and protect your password and sign-in links. You must be at least 18. Paid access is specific to this service even when credentials are shared across our websites.
Features are limited to what the studio currently describes. AI can help write posts when configured and your account is eligible. Music is optional: upload a clean track you have permission to use. AI song generation and song purchases are on hold. Hosted conversion sends the recorded video to our configured media worker and its extracted audio to Groq for a transcript check. Temporary processing files are deleted when processing finishes; provider policies govern their own processing. Cloud project sync, direct social publishing and guaranteed device-independent MP4 conversion are not included.
You retain your rights in your own uploaded materials and must have permission to use and publish them. You authorize processing only to deliver requested features. Generated content may be inaccurate, non-unique or subject to third-party rights. Review every creation before publishing. No guarantee of copyright protection, commercial results or clearance of third-party rights is made.
Clean content is required. Automated text and audio checks are imperfect and do not replace your review. Do not evade screening. Subscriptions, if offered, are governed by the disclosed checkout terms and billing policy. We may suspend misuse or update features, with notice where practical.
Keep your own backups. Browser codecs, file formats, device capacity and internet availability affect the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights. Contact [email protected] to resolve service or account concerns.
Billing & cancellation

New subscriptions in this redesigned interface are paused while launch checks are completed. Existing subscriptions retain their checkout terms. No new song-generation allowance is sold or promised.
For any active subscription, Stripe checkout and receipts identify the amount, currency, taxes, billing interval and promotions. A subscription renews until cancelled according to the checkout agreement. Usage limits are separate from billing; current AI calls share a 20-request daily account allowance, resetting at midnight UTC. Failed provider requests may consume an attempt. This is not unlimited generation.
To cancel, sign in, choose Manage billing / cancel, and follow Stripe’s portal. Review the effective cancellation date; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. If the portal is unavailable, contact [email protected] before renewal with your account email and receipt identifier. Never send your password or full card details.
Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. Contact support about duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect or service-related charges for review. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected. A failed or expired subscription may remove paid access. Download your work before account or subscription changes.
Clean content & acceptable use

No profanity in posts, lyrics or uploaded music. Listen to uploaded audio and review generated words. A successful basic check does not guarantee clean audio or clear music rights. Do not bypass screening or upload another person’s music without permission.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, fraudulent impersonation, spam, malware, credential theft or infringement of others’ privacy or intellectual property. Do not evade access controls or usage limits.
Report rights concerns or misuse to [email protected] with relevant details. We may restrict access to investigate. Browser-local editing is not routinely inspected by the service; external processing occurs when you request the relevant connected feature.
